So, the base is Julep Lacey. I wish I had taken a photo of just Lacey alone. It's so pretty! Anyway, the stamped design is from BM-206 and is done in Art Club Malibu. For an accent, I added some metal rhinestone studs to my ring finger.

31DC2013 Day 5 - Blue Nails
I was excited about today's prompt because I have a new Julep polish that I hadn't tried out yet; Julep Lacey. It's such a beautiful blue. Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of time to do my nails today so I decided to do a stamping manicure.
