31DC2013 Day 11 - Polka Dot Nails

I love patterns. All patterns. Polka dots, though, are my favorite pattern. They're so fun and playful. That's why I love my dotting tools so much! And that's why I instantly knew what I wanted to do for today's challenge prompt.

The base color is A England Tristam, which happens to be one of my new most favorite colors! The polka dots are Butter London Trustafarian. I love these colors together. They're both holographic but even just the shade of blue and green work so nicely together.
