31DC2016 Day 12 - Stripes

My initial idea for today's prompt was to go pinstripe crazy with striping tape on all of my nails. Then I decided that I didn't have that kind of time today so I took a simpler approach. I still used striping tape, though, because I can't paint a straight line to save my life.

Multichrome Water Spotting

Some of my favorite nail polishes in my collection are my duo/multichromes. There's a magic in those color-shifting bottles that gets me every time. Of course, some of the best ones are ILNP. The range and strength of the color shifts are AMAZING! I was trying to think of something new to do with them and I realized that I hadn't done a water spotted design in quite some time. So I thought, why not try one out with an ILNP multichrome?

31DC2015 Day 16 - Geometric

I knew right away that I wanted to do something with circles for the geometric prompt. I have never been good at freehanding circles and I wanted to get some practice. So, when it came time, all I had to do was choose my colors.

Multichrome, Waterfall, and Stamping

One of my favorite polishes, currently, is ILNP Birefringence. It's an Ultrachrome with a wide range of color changes and it's just lovely. I was trying to come up with some fun nail art to do including Birefringence but I didn't want to cover it up with anything. So I thought of some other designs to put alongside it in corresponding colors.

January Nail Polish Haul (So Far)

So far, 2015 has been a GREAT year in terms of my nail polish stash. I splurged a bit and collected quite a few new pretties to add to my collection. I'm especially excited to be trying out a few new brands for the first time!

ILNP Flakie Gradient

I'm in love. I made my first ever I Love Nail Polish purchase the other day and, when my package came in the mail, I couldn't have been happier. Of course, if I was going to buy something from ILNP, I had to get at least one of the Ultra Chrome Flakies. So, I got two. Man, oh, man! I'm in girls-who-love-sparkle-and-shine heaven!
