31dc2014 Day 21 - Inspired by a Color

I wasn't sure, at first, how to interpret today's prompt. I noticed that a few bloggers were using the name of a specific nail polish as their inspiration. That seems like a fun way to go with it, so that's what I did!

I chose Sally Hansen Twisted Pink as my inspirational color. I wanted to keep fairly simple but still have an edginess so I "twisted" that color with Sally Hansen Black Out. I just painted my nails half and half with fairly thick coats and swirled them with a needle. The design is fun and twisty, I think, and I love it!
