I used Julep Kristy as the base color. It's the deepest navy blue I have and I love it so much for fall and winter. I did a polka dot gradient French tip with some dotting tools and OPI Moonraker. It reminds me of a bubble bath; it's just so pretty.

31DC2015 Day 11 - Polka Dots
Today's prompt was polka dot nails. The obvious choice is to just do polka dots which I was tempted to do. I love all patterns, especially polka dots. But I talked myself out of it.
