Born Pretty Review

*This product was sent to me in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.

Today, I'm reviewing for you another nail art product from the Born Pretty Store. It is chevron striping tape. You can find it here.

This tape works a bit differently than regular striping tape. As you can see in the photo, it consists of three separate pieces of tape. This is great because you can actually use this tape in a few different ways. You can use just the center piece and have a lovely (in this case golden) chevron stripe on your nail with no hassle. Or you could paint over that chevron stripe and remove it leaving a chevron stripe of your base color behind. You could use the edges to tape off sections of your nails and paint them different colors to get a chevron-edged color-blocked look. Or you can do what I did:

I painted all of my nails with Orly Masked Ceremony. Once dry, I took the entire strip, all three pieces, and placed them on my nail. I removed the center piece and painted over that space with Kleancolor Metallic Fuchsia except on my ring finger where I used Sally Hansen Celeb City. When I removed the rest of the tape, I was left with a chevron stripe down the center of my nails!

I really dig this tape. It's easy to use, and you get quite a bit. If you can use striping tape, you can use this!
