Born Pretty Review

Review time! I actually did this review design quite some time ago; over a month ago, to be honest. But I was so focused on the 31 Day Challenge that I had forgotten about it. But better late than never, right?

Today I'm reviewing some gorgeous metal studs. They come in three different finishes (pearl, holographic, and silver with a crisscross pattern) and they are 3mm in diameter. What I love about simple studs like these is that you can use them to add a little something to just about any design.

I decided to do a monochromatic design using  Sally Hansen Black Heart, Revlon Iconic, and Sally Hansen Hard to Get. I started with a gradient of all three on every nail. On my thumb, ring finger, and pinky, I did a reciprocal gradient after placing some nail vinyls on my nails. I topped all of my nails with China Glaze Fairy Dust and added the holographic finish studs right into the wet polish on my index and middle finger nails. 

I really love that these studs are flat because they do not catch on anything which makes them last quite some time. As with most of Born Pretty Store's metal nail decorations, these are reusable, which is a big plus.
