I haven't used my striping tape in quite a while so I knew that I wanted to use it. I just had no idea what I wanted to do with it. I had several striping tape designs floating around in my head so I just used them all! That's what we indecisive people do. :)
The base color is Sally Hansen Celeb City. After it dried and I made my designs with striping tape, I used ORLY High on Hope.
